Can I cancel or change my order?

Normally it is not possible once the order has been processed, but in some rare cases if you reach out to our customer support team they might be able to stop the shipment and change it to your liking.

I have received a faulty product, what should I do?

We apologize for the inconvenience, this is never our intention. Please contact our customer support team with photos and order number and we will assist you further.

Can I be notified once a product or size is back in stock?

Currently this service is not available, but this will be added as a feature soon.
